According to Jin10, Iranian Islamic Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf wrote on social media on July 9 that the United States still has not understood that bullying and breaking promises are no longer “cost-free.”
Ghalibaf said the Strait of Hormuz could be kept open only under “Iran’s arrangements, not U.S. threats.” He added: “If you dare to strike, I will strike back. Stop waving your fists in vain, or you will only sink deeper.”
