中国抗体拟2.8亿元出售苏州基地

据界面新闻报道，港股中国抗体（03681.HK）7月6日盘后公告称，与宜联生物订立买卖协议，计划以2.8亿元出售旗下苏州生物制剂生产基地。公告称，该基地为商业规模大分子生物制剂生产建造，目前可随时投入使用；截至2026年6月30日综合账面净值约3.36亿元，公司预计确认一次性非经营开支亏损约5634.1万元，所得款项净额拟用于管线研发、临床研究及一般营运资金。
