《人力资源和社会保障事业发展“十五五”规划》7月9日公布。据金十数据报道，规划提出，“十五五”时期城镇新增就业人数保持相当规模，城镇失业人员再就业人数2500万人，就业困难人员就业人数650万人，城镇调查失业率控制在5.5%以内。
规划还提出，开展补贴性职业技能培训超过5000万人次，其中农民工参加培训1750万人次。
