WorkBuddy said it has completed an emergency capacity expansion after a surge in calls to Hy3 led to queuing and a peak in computing resource consumption.
According to Jin10, Tencent Hunyuan said Hy3 has received broad user support since its initial launch on WorkBuddy. Starting at 10:00 (UTC+8) on July 8, computing resource consumption reached a peak and queues appeared, with the queue rate at one point exceeding 50% in the afternoon.
WorkBuddy said the team immediately dispatched available resources to supplement capacity in order to provide a better Hy3 user experience and stable service, and that the expansion has now been completed.
