据界面新闻报道，7月9日，中国商务部等9部门印发关于加快零售业创新发展的意见，提出提供融资支持，支持符合条件的新型优质零售企业上市；支持符合条件的零售经营主体发行资产支持型证券和商业不动产投资信托基金，并推动符合条件主体享受服务业经营主体贷款贴息政策。
