中国商务部等9部门支持零售企业上市

中国商务部等9部门印发《关于加快零售业创新发展的意见》，提出支持符合条件的新型优质零售企业上市。据36氪报道，文件还提出支持符合条件的零售经营主体发行资产支持型证券和商业不动产投资信托基金（REITs），推动符合条件主体享受服务业经营主体贷款贴息政策，并在依法合规、风险可控前提下加大对节能降碳及数字化改造的金融支持。
