年内218家A股公司参与设立并购基金

据《证券日报》报道，截至7月8日，同花顺iFinD数据显示，年内共有218家A股上市公司参与设立产业并购基金（按首次公告日统计），其中111家已完成设立、1家终止实施，其余仍在推进。募集规模方面，有48只基金预计募资规模上限超过10亿元；中国人寿保险股份有限公司参投的多只基金预计募资上限分别为85亿元、50.515亿元、40.154亿元。
