Global cross-border payments infrastructure company Nium has announced it will acquire crypto-native non-custodial wallet and card-issuing company Cypher. According to ChainCatcher, the companies said they plan to combine digital-asset capabilities with Nium’s global payments network to develop fiat-to-onchain payment services.
