智谱拟配售新H股募资约313.75亿港元

智谱在港交所公告，根据一般授权配售新H股，每股配售价为1588港元。 据36氪报道，假设所有配售股份悉数配售予承配人，配售事项所得款项总额预期约为314.1亿港元，所得款项净额（扣除佣金及估计开支后）预期约为313.75亿港元。董事会称，资金将用于支持基座模型研发、技术创新、商业化落地及生态建设。
