据多名匿名人士称，欧盟委员会正在评估是否扩大 MiCA 的监管范围，以涵盖包括代币化和非欧盟稳定币发行商在内的新兴领域。
MiCA 于 2024 年 12 月正式生效，多数服务提供商获得过渡期以完成合规调整，过渡期持续至今年 7 月 1 日。
