集团称，就2026年审计原报价110万元及修订报价130万元的考虑与接纳过程耗时较预期长；因上市公司层面出现暂时性流动资金紧绌，未能在原报价于4月30日届满前支付规定的50万元按金，5月7日收到修订报价后流动资金仍受限制。
