据明报报道，内房股正荣地产（6158）公告称，公司收到破产管理署致Zhenro Hong Kong董事会函件，要求提供若干资产及负债详情，并从函件得悉Zhenro Hong Kong于今年6月10日被提出清盘呈请。
正荣地产称，Zhenro Hong Kong为投资控股公司，主要在中国大陆从事房地产开发；截至去年底，其总资产、利润及收益均占正荣集团超过5%。
