Sany Renewable Energy said it conducted its first share repurchase via centralized bidding through the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system, buying back 684,921 shares, according to 36Kr. The repurchased shares accounted for 0.0430% of the companys total share capital of 1,593,336,255 shares. The buyback was executed at prices between RMB 13.80 and RMB 13.95 per share, with total consideration of RMB 9,501,967.58 excluding transaction fees. The company said the repurchase complied with relevant laws and its share buyback plan.
