欧洲半导体公司股价回吐涨幅。荷兰阿斯麦盘中早些时候曾上涨1.6%，最新仅上涨0.4%；ASM International早些时候曾上涨0.1%，最新下跌1.2%；BE Semiconductor Industries早些时候曾上涨0.9%，最新持平；意法半导体早些时候曾上涨1.9%，最新上涨0.5%。
