据财联社报道，一位知情人士称，SK海力士将于美国时间周三结束其280亿美元美国存托凭证（ADRs）的簿记建档，因认购订单已超额认购数倍。承销商已告知投资者，簿记将于美国东部时间下午4点截止，定价指引将在周四韩国股市收盘后公布，配售结果将于美国时间周四晚些时候最终确定。
