Celestia launches Blobstream on Base

Celestia has launched Blobstream on the Base main network, allowing developers to deploy Base L3 chains to access Celestia's data availability. Blobstream is a one-way data validation bridge that can stream Celestia's DA layer to other chains. Developers can access efficient blockspaces, and the price of these spaces is independent of the Gas cost on the underlying chain. This implementation allows L2 and L3 rollups to use Celestia light client for data availability sampling.
