Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin said the European Union is again attempting to advance legislation related to “Chat Control,” after reposting and commenting on X.
According to Foresight News, the reposted content said this is the EU’s sixth attempt to mandate the proposal.
The post said the legislation would allow scanning of all users’ private messages, photos, and emails without a warrant.
