Bitcoin mining company TeraWulf has signed a 20-year lease agreement worth $19 billion with AI company Anthropic, sending TeraWulf shares up 15%.
According to PANews, the deal reflects a shift by the miner toward leasing out infrastructure, positioning itself as a landlord.
The report said the company is seeking to secure scarce power and land resources and lock in future cash flow through long-term leasing arrangements.
