Momenta, a physical AI company, debuted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on July 8 under ticker 6880.HK, with the stock rising more than 6% at the open and its market capitalization topping HK$70 billion, according to 36Kr. Based on the placement results previously disclosed by Momenta, the IPO was priced at HK$295.6 per share; assuming the greenshoe option is fully exercised, the global offering totaled about 22.93 million shares and raised roughly HK$6.8 billion in gross proceeds. A day earlier, Momenta said deployments of its mass-production business had surpassed 1 million units.
