Sui said its programmable tunnel recorded 6,086,766 transactions per second (TPS), about six times its target of one million TPS. According to NS3.AI, the project disclosed the result during a public experiment conducted via live stream on July 4.
Sui said the figure was about 20 times higher than a previous controlled-environment benchmark of 297,000 TPS.
