据证券日报报道，截至7月7日，按首次公告日统计并剔除交易失败案例，年内A股市场国有控股上市公司共发生817起并购交易，其中181起已完成、636起正在进行中。据36氪报道，并购主要涉及房地产、交通运输、公共事业、医药、电子等行业。
