China Tungsten Stocks Swing as 65% Wolframite Concentrate Falls to 455,000 Yuan per Tonne

Shares of China-listed tungsten companies have seen sharp volatility as tungsten concentrate prices pulled back, with the Wind Tungsten Mining Index down 4.84% at the July 7 close after a 6.73% drop in the previous session, according to Jiemian News. China Tungsten Online data showed that 65% wolframite concentrate was priced at 455,000 yuan per standard tonne on July 7, down 56.7% from its recent high and 1.1% lower than at the start of the year; some companies have also cut long-term contract product quotes for the first half of July.
