SnowCloud is working to move resort customer relations, including sales and guest information, onto a single platform that can be used via iPhone, according to Bloomberg.
Joe Hession, SnowCloud’s CEO and co-founder, and Doug Pierini, CEO of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, discussed the effort. Pierini said his resort uses SnowCloud and that it has enhanced guest experiences as guests increasingly expect to be able to buy anywhere they can use their phone.
