美国能源信息署（EIA）发布短期能源展望报告。据金十数据报道，6月18日，美国和伊朗签署了一份谅解备忘录，以结束冲突并开放霍尔木兹海峡。
EIA称，随着协议签署及海峡通行量增加，其提高了对今年剩余时间全球石油产量的预期，并预计多数原油产量将在今年年底前恢复到接近冲突前的平均水平。
EIA还预计，大部分被关闭的原油产量将在2027年第一季度（2027年一季度）恢复上线。
