上海消保委：上半年共享租赁投诉增65.8%

据界面新闻报道，上海市消保委发布2026年上半年消费投诉分析报告，统计期为2025年12月21日至2026年6月20日。上半年上海全市消保委系统受理共享服务相关投诉4705件，同比增长65.8%；受理AI服务相关投诉377件，同比增长35.6%；受理网购相关投诉74034件。报告称，投诉总量呈下降趋势，共解答消费者咨询20063件，推进企业先行和解147832件，自行处理消费者投诉145756件；商品类投诉占60.4%，服务类占39.6%。
