Specter 复盘称，攻击者于 6 月 30 日发布恶意治理提案，提案通过门槛为 BONK 流通总量 1% 投票权；7 月 4 日至 5 日，攻击者通过交易所购币、Marginfi 借贷合计约 400 万美元获取足额投票权重，推动提案落地并完成治理攻击。
