Indian insurance aggregator InsuranceDekho’s parent has selected HSBC Holdings Plc, Morgan Stanley, ICICI Securities Ltd. and IIFL Capital Services Ltd. as advisers for a potential initial public offering that could raise about $400 million, according to Bloomberg.
