韩国修订《信息通信网络法》7月7日生效

据界面新闻报道，韩国《信息通信网络法》修订法7月7日正式生效，规定故意散播虚假信息和篡改网络信息的用户最高需承担5倍实际损失赔偿；多次违规且相关内容被法院认定违法的用户，最高面临10亿韩元（约合447万元人民币）罚款。新法要求NAVER、Kakao以及谷歌、Meta等平台开通虚假信息专项举报渠道，并每半年发布透明度报告，公示举报受理数量及处置结果。
