据财联社报道，伦敦证券交易所集团（LSEG）数据显示，2026年1～6月以美国企业为对象的并购交易（截至6月24日，含部分出资）总额达1万4467亿美元，同比增长75%，创2002年有可追溯数据以来上半年最高纪录。数据显示，随着人工智能（AI）普及，科技及能源行业企业整合推进，美国特朗普政府的监管放宽也助推并购热潮。
