FII said its board meeting approved the election of Zheng Hongmeng as chairman of the companys fourth board of directors and appointed him as general manager, according to 36Kr. The company also appointed Zhang Ruixiong, Bai Jianan and Wu Zhenting as deputy general managers, Shen Daobang as finance director, Liu Zongchang as board secretary, and Jiexiao Xiao as securities affairs representative.
