据界面新闻报道，汽车之家开启一轮裁员，总裁王秋凤已离职；裁员主要集中于内容部门，其他部门亦有涉及。知情人士称，内容部门裁员后仅保留300余人，较高峰时期约2000人减少近85%。
报道提及，2025年2月中国平安旗下云辰资本与海尔集团旗下卡泰驰控股达成协议，云辰资本以18亿美元向卡泰驰控股出售部分汽车之家股权，但仍保留约5.1%股权及一个董事会席位，交易于去年8月完成交割。
