Analogue International (1410) said Li Chung-Kei has resigned as an executive director with effect from July 7, citing the need to devote more time to other roles within the group, according to Ming Pao.
Li will remain executive vice president of custody services and will continue to serve as a director of several company subsidiaries to oversee the group’s cybersecurity services business.
