Meta遭四州索赔1.4万亿美元罚金

Meta Platforms披露，加州、科罗拉多州、肯塔基州和新泽西州要求其就“将Facebook和Instagram打造为让青少年上瘾”的指控支付1.4万亿美元罚金，并称该金额缺乏证据支持。据 BeInCrypto 报道，上述四州在8月奥克兰联邦审判前提出该要求；案件整体涉及29州，指控Meta在未获父母同意下收集儿童数据，违反《儿童在线隐私保护法》(COPPA)。法官Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers上月驳回Meta取消审判请求，另有14州将于2月在第二场审判中推进类似主张。
