Citigroup said Tencent’s AI agent product WorkBuddy has shown strong momentum, citing recent industry data.
According to Jin10, Citigroup reported that WorkBuddy’s cross-platform monthly active users reached 20 million, while daily active users exceeded 13 million. The bank put the DAU-to-MAU ratio at 65% to 75% and said that, given the product has been launched for only a few months, user stickiness and daily engagement have been strong.
Citigroup said WorkBuddy’s performance reflects the strength of Tencent’s ecosystem, synergy among productivity tools, and user trust in Tencent’s products and security. The bank maintained its “buy” rating on Tencent and kept its target price unchanged at HK$763.
