南方航空拟定增募资不超150亿元

据界面新闻报道，7月7日，南方航空(600029.SH)披露2026年度向特定对象发行A股股票募集说明书（申报稿），拟向包括控股股东南航集团在内的不超过35名特定投资者发行A股，募集资金总额不超过150亿元。 本次发行数量不超过发行前总股本的30%，即不超过54.36亿股；募资扣除费用后拟全部用于引进46架飞机项目（105亿元）及补充流动资金（45亿元）。该事项尚需上海证券交易所审核通过并获中国证监会同意注册，目前申报已获上交所受理。
