恒大汽车：相关地方行政部门要求退回已发放的各项奖励及补贴合计约人民币19亿元

6月11日讯，恒大汽车(00708.HK)今日在港交所发布公告，近日收到相关地方行政部门进一步下发的行政处理决定书，主要包括解除其中三份相关协议；相关附属公司自收到行政决定书之日起15日内向相关地方行政部门退回已发放的各项奖励及补贴合计约人民币19亿元，上述处理决定如最终执行将导致本集团存在相关工厂土地被强制收回，地上建筑物及设备被用于偿还奖励及补贴款的风险，继而对本公司或各相关附属公司的财务状况和经营产生重大影响。
