The World Bank kept its forecast for China’s 2026 economic growth unchanged.
According to Jin10, the World Bank released the latest edition of its China Economic Update in Beijing on July 7. The report said that despite facing strong supply, weak demand, and shocks to global energy supplies, China’s overall economic growth has remained resilient.
The World Bank forecast that China’s economy will grow 4.4% in 2026, unchanged from its previous update released last December.
