根据最新披露的 Form 144 文件，商业航天公司 Rocket Lab（RKLB）创始人兼 CEO Peter Beck 计划在 7 月 6 日左右出售 500 万股普通股，价值约 4.65 亿美元。
据Odaily星球日报报道，Peter Beck 此前已预告本次股票出售。今年 3 月，Rocket Lab 曾宣布其计划通过高盛出售最多 500 万股公司普通股，出售窗口最早可于 2026 年 6 月底开始，最晚将于 2026 年 7 月 8 日关闭，官宣当日 RKLB 股价为 60.9 美元。
美股行情显示，RKLB 昨日收盘报价 93.09 美元，跌幅 7.37%。
