上海快粼光电科技有限公司（快粼光电）近期完成数千万元天使轮融资，小苗朗程领投、一村资本跟投，中岚科创担任长期财务顾问。据36氪报道，本轮资金将用于超高速光探测芯片研发迭代与送样验证、推进国产光探测芯片量产及高端人才引进。
快粼光电成立于2024年，聚焦III-V族高速光电探测芯片研发与产业化，布局InP光探测器（PD）及阵列产品，面向800G、1.6T、3.2T高速光互连等场景；公司称研发样品带宽超过200 GHz、响应度0.8 A/W，并计划2027年实现核心产品规模化交付。
