Even Realities Raises $150M Pre-B Round at Over $1B Valuation

Even Realities said on July 6 that it has raised $150 million in a Pre-B round at a post-money valuation of more than $1 billion, becoming a unicorn, according to 36Kr. The round was co-led by Meituan Longzhu and Meituan Strategic Investment, with Tencent and other existing shareholders participating with an oversubscribed follow-on. The company, founded less than three years ago, has previously raised multiple rounds from investors including Sequoia Capital, CDH Investments, Aier Eye Hospital Group, and Qingshan Capital.
