俄罗斯计划在 2025 年下半年使用数字卢布进行首次跨境支付。俄罗斯国家杜马金融市场委员会主席Anatoly Aksakov表示，与中国或白俄罗斯的央行数字货币 ( CBDC ) 交易正在酝酿之中。“从根本上讲，很少有国家在使用国家数字货币方面取得重大进展。这就是为什么从技术上讲，他们还没有准备好在与其他国家进行相互结算时推出数字货币。不过，我相信，五年内这将成为一种普遍做法。”
