In the past seven days, Solana has issued more tokens than Ethereum, Base, Optimism, Blast, and Arbitrum combined in the past 11 days. For example, since June 1, the five networks have issued a total of 80,235 new tokens, however, in a shorter seven-day period, Solana has surpassed them with 115,773 tokens.
A large number of new Meme coins launched in the past few months are based on Solana. Over half a million tokens were issued on Solana in the past month, as the June 11 indicator showed 549,386 new tokens minted in 30 days. To date, 1.25 billion SOL-based tokens exist on the Solana blockchain.
