Neil Howe, a portfolio manager at Hedgeye Asset Management and co-author of The Fourth Turning, said he expects the next 10 years in markets to see a fundamental change compared with the last 40, according to Bloomberg.
Howe made the comments on “Bloomberg ETF IQ” while discussing the Hedgeye Fourth Turning ETF (HEFT) with Scarlet Fu, Katie Greifeld and Eric Balchunas.
