根据 Proof Of Address（POA）识别，位于受灾最严重区域的用户——N1 Highway、Kasoa、Kwame Nkrumah Circle、Alajo、Tse Addo、Kaneshie、Adabraka、Tesano、Mallam、Weija、Achimota、Madina、Spintex、Darkuman——每人将获得15 USDT代币券。
文章指出，考虑到部分用户尚未完成 POA，现有用户若在 July 6, 2026 至 July 20, 2026（23:59 UTC+0）期间完成 POA，也将获得15 USDT，但需符合总捐赠额度分配；在 July 20, 2026（23:59 UTC+0）之后提交的 POA 将不符合空投资格。资金将在用户完成 POA 之日起最多30天内发放。
