Klarna申请设立美国银行子公司

据CNBC报道，瑞典金融科技公司Klarna周一表示，已向联邦及州监管机构申请设立美国银行子公司；若获批，“Klarna Bank USA”将成为由联邦存款保险公司（FDIC）支持、在犹他州获特许的机构，并由前Milestone Bank和Prime Alliance Bank首席执行官Gary Harding领导。Klarna称，若牌照获批，将把支付、信贷及商户服务等银行业务内化。Klarna去年9月上市，IPO发行价为40美元，目前股价约为发行价的一半。
