Securitize（SECZ）CEO Carlos Domingo表示，公司在纽约证交所上市后将利用逾4亿美元“资金弹药”寻求收购，以扩展机构级代币化平台，但不打算收购竞争对手。据CoinDesk报道，Securitize通过与Cantor Equity Partners II完成SPAC合并后于周四开始交易，融资超过4亿美元并保留约70%的SPAC信托资金；公司已发行约44亿美元代币化资产，包括贝莱德（BlackRock）22亿美元的BUIDL等。
