美 SEC 文件显示，比特币挖矿及 AVAX 财库公司 AVAX One Technology（NASDAQ: AVX）首席执行官 Jolie Kahn 已于 7 月 3 日正式离职，公司首席运营官 Pete Wylie 被委任为临时 CEO，并继续担任 COO。
据 Foresight News 报道，董事会已委托全球高管猎头公司 ZRG Partners 启动正式 CEO 的遴选工作。根据离职协议，Kahn 将获得 16 万美元现金补偿、医疗保险费用报销及价值 25 万美元的未注册普通股。
