Luxshare Precision (new listing code: 02475), the largest IPO by funds raised so far this year, will close its Hong Kong public subscription at noon today and is expected to list on July 9, according to Ming Pao.
A warrant issuer said Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (0388) has approved the launch of warrants on Luxshare Precision on its first trading day. Societe Generale and BOCI said they have applied to HKEX today to issue call warrants for simultaneous listing, with each planning to launch two warrants.
