据财联社报道，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）文件显示，SK海力士在公开募股中拟发行1.779亿股美国存托股票（ADS），每ADS代表十分之一SK HYNIX普通股，每股面值5000韩元。基石投资者表示有意购买高达70亿美元的ADS。
