据财联社报道，阿根廷可再生能源生产商Genneia上周四向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）提交文件，计划通过首次公开募股（IPO）筹集至多1亿美元资金。该公司拟在纽约证券交易所和阿根廷证券交易所双重上市，股票代码为“GENN”，有望成为2019年以来首家在美国上市的阿根廷企业。
